Surcharge Policy

Please ensure our technicians fully understand your requests and you have confirmed the full price prior to your services in order to achieve the following results:

Accurate colors, types of your choices, shape, length, & other requests.

We are happy to honor alterations during the time of your service. Once your service has been completed, there will be additional charges for any changes.
The safety and satisfaction of our customers are our top priority. However, kindly note that certain ingredients in the products we use can trigger skin allergies or irritation in some individuals. We are not responsible for any irritation caused by such ingredients during pedicures, waxing, liquids, acrylics, or other services.
We are happy to fix any issues such as cracks, lifts, chips within 10 days after service. Please note that this policy does not apply to regular polish, changes in color or design.
We do not offer refunds.
We kindly request that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment as a courtesy to our team and clients. We provide a 10-minute grace period, after that, your appointment will be cancelled. If necessary, we may offer walk-in service or rescheduling.
A no-call/no-show may result in the loss of future appointment bookings with us but walk-ins are still welcomed. Please let us know ahead of time if you are unable to make it.
